I began playing drums at the age of 15 years. My career as a drummer began in a fanfare which was quite boring for me. After 2 years I met a keyboarder who searched a drummer. So we began to play blues-stylish things and attempted to create a band, but it never went so far. A few years later Misch told me that he had a band. I was interrested to play with him, and so, as they already had a drummer (Willy) I decided to play percussions. For a long while Willy and me played more or less alternativetly percussions and drums. But as the things go on, Willy went to university in the south of France and couldn't be there anymore for the repetitions. So at the moment I play the drumpart and we reduced the percussion elements.

So nebenbei:
Ziemlich frustriert von den höhnischen Blicken und den ständigen Bemerkungen seiner Kumpel, will ein Drummer endlich mal ein richtiges Instrument lernen. Er geht in ein Musikgeschäft und sagt zum Verkäufer: "Ich nehme hier hier diese rote Trompete und das schöne Akkordeon dort." Der Verläufer lächelt ihn an und antwortet: "Okay, den Feuerlöscher kann ich Ihnen gerne verkaufen, aber die Heizung dort bleibt auf alle Fälle hier im Laden!"

Wann spielt die Band heute Abend?
Ungefähr einen halben Beat hinter dem Schlagzeuger!
